Returns

• Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging, if applicable

How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at passionstateservice@gmail.com . Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customer must provide return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without tags or not in original condition

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
